Cooking MAD in Quarantine
Peggy's (aka MAD / Margaret Ann D'Alessandro) extended family in NY and NJ conjured up a weekly cooking contest to engage all during the COVID-19 Pandemic. It is a weekly challenge with a discussion and review of the entries conducted via a family Zoom meeting each weekend.
Of course, Peggy being Peggy, neglected to share all the details of the week's contest with me until each of the first two episodes were "in the can". In any case we survived the "Chop" - like contest to cook again for Episodes 2 and 3.
