Capture Video from MacBook Screen

Cmd Shift 5 to activate control box for screen video capture
Select whole screen or a sub-window from control box icons
For window: adjust window to area for capture
To capture audio, check that audio is not on mute
Use cursor to start video on screen
Select Record in control box
The Stop button should appear in the center of the top of the screen as a small black dot. If it does not, move cursor to part of screen that shows desktop to activate the Stop Button
Click Stop button when video capture should end
File of video appears on Desktop as a .mov file
